Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all use of GetRapGenerator, including prompts, titles, lyrics, generated text, vocals, music, and content stored or shared through the service. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our music and lyrics outputs are AI-generated; the service must not be used to deceive others about who performed or endorsed a recording.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Do not request, generate, upload, store, distribute or share any of the following:

• Sexual / NSFW content: Pornography, sexually explicit lyrics or audio, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or other sexual/NSFW material.
• Violence or gore: Graphic violence, gore, threats, or content encouraging, celebrating or facilitating physical harm, terrorism or mass violence.
• Hate speech: Content promoting hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving or sexualizing minors, grooming, exploitation, or other content endangering children. Fictional, synthetic and purportedly consensual versions are also prohibited; a minor cannot authorize sexual exploitation.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: Deepfakes of real people, impersonating a real person or artist, deceptively attributing a performance or endorsement, or using another person's voice, likeness or identity without consent. Claimed consent does not make real-person deepfakes or impersonation acceptable on this service.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: Unauthorized use of protected lyrics, recordings, trademarks, or other material that infringes someone else's rights. Do not present generated content as an authorized release by an artist or brand without the necessary rights.

Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, disclosure of private information, malware, spam, unauthorized access and attempts to evade safety restrictions are also prohibited. A label such as “fiction”, “parody” or “for research” does not override these prohibitions. Ordinary non-graphic storytelling is not automatically a threat, but it must comply with the standards above.

Reporting Abusive Generations

Send reports to contact@getrapgenerator.com with the subject “Abuse report”. This channel is also available to people who do not have an account.

Include the song or page link, task number if available, the rule you believe was violated, and enough context to locate and assess the issue. Rights holders should identify the affected work or identity and explain their authority to report it. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. Do not download, copy or attach suspected CSAM or other illegal material; report the location and relevant identifiers instead.

We use report details to investigate and respond, limit access to people who need them for that purpose, and handle personal data under our Privacy Policy. Disclosure may be necessary to comply with law. Deliberately abusive reports may themselves result in action; a good-faith report that is not substantiated is not abuse.

Content Review and Moderation

Our current review process is manual and report-driven. We do not currently operate an independent automated moderation service that scans every prompt or generated audio file, and we do not claim that all outputs have been reviewed before delivery. Model-provider restrictions are not a guarantee that content complies with this policy.

For a report, we locate the relevant task, review the prompt, supplied and generated lyrics, audio and related account activity as needed, and assess them against this policy. We may request additional context. Credible child-safety concerns, threats and other serious violations receive priority and may lead to temporary access restrictions while we investigate. We decide on an appropriate action and notify the reporter or affected user where appropriate and lawful.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary reports within 2 business days. Investigation time depends on severity, available evidence and whether outside parties must respond; we provide an update when more time is needed. This mailbox is not an emergency response service. We do not promise a fixed resolution time for every report.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and repetition, we may issue a warning, restrict service access, disable access to violating content or sharing, or suspend or permanently terminate an account. Serious child-safety violations, real threats and repeated abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without a prior warning. We cooperate with lawful requests and report suspected criminal activity where required by law.

Payment and refund consequences follow the Refund Policy and applicable law. An abuse allegation alone does not automatically remove mandatory consumer rights. We cannot remove copies that other people have already downloaded or distributed outside the service.

Appeals

If you believe a decision was mistaken, email contact@getrapgenerator.com with the subject “Moderation appeal”, your account email, the task or decision identifier, and your explanation. We reconsider the evidence and any additional context, reply with the outcome, and correct restrictions if the decision was mistaken. Do not create another account to evade a restriction while an appeal is pending.
